A little clarity.
Can I enter if my business doesn’t have a website?
Yes. The campaign is intended for South African businesses with no website, an outdated website, or a website that needs a redesign. Eligibility is subject to the competition terms.
What does the website prize include?
Up to 7 standard informational pages, responsive design, basic on-page SEO, WhatsApp and contact form integration, first-year standard domain registration subject to a R150 cost cap, and 3 months of hosting. Detailed delivery scope will be confirmed in the prize schedule.
Is it really free to enter?
Competition entry is free. The R12,500 website package and any marketing consultation are entirely optional. No purchase is required and no online payments are taken.
When does the competition open and close?
The competition runs for 21 days: 15 October 2026 at 00:00 SAST to 5 November 2026 at 00:00 SAST.
How will the winner be selected?
The winner will be selected by random draw from validated eligible businesses. The winner will be announced on our social media pages and contacted directly.
What happens after the free hosting period?
Ongoing hosting and any renewal costs will need to be agreed separately. Any rates and arrangements will be disclosed and agreed before paid hosting begins.
Do I have to buy a website or agree to marketing?
No. You can choose competition entry only. A requested consultation is separate from ongoing promotional marketing consent, which is optional and unticked by default.
What if I want a website before the competition ends?
You can optionally discuss the R&A Business Website Transformation Package at R12,500 once-off. There is no online payment and requesting a consultation creates no purchase obligation.
How will my information be used?
We use your information for competition administration, plus a consultation if you request one. Ongoing promotional messages require separate optional consent. Entries and optional enquiries are delivered to R&A by email through FormSubmit. See our Privacy Policy for details.
